Fan mail.
Just really liked the illustration.
Looks like ball point pen and that makes me hope to do something good during boring meetings while taking 'notes'. Of course, I wouldn't dare feature a team member doing anything so aggressive. Not when they could look over my shoulder and take offense. And then I'd have to go to H.R. and explain why I'm not a bad person. I just like that person and admire their assertive nature and I am not being sarcastic.
